Self-determinism

‘Self-determinism’ is defined as that state of being wherein the individual can be controlled by their environment only to the degree they choose. This doesn’t mean one is unaffected by the environment, or that constraints do not exist; it means one retains choice in the face of it, to the degree one can. Self-determinism is not selfishness, self-absorption, narcissism, egoism, or individuation; it simply means the person has the choice to control, or not control, the space, time, energy, and matter that is theirs to control — and that they do so with confidence. It is marked as beginning at 4.0 and is also the point at which an individual can be considered sane.
